The shape of the outer surface is radially convex, it allows you to set the minimum sharpening angles. The minimum sharpening angle is 7.2 degrees. The clamps are made of a single piece of aluminum, allowing you to adjust the clamp to any shape of the blade and ensure the symmetry of the installation.
Thanks to the two gripping points, the deflection of the blade is impossible. It is possible to move the clamps independently, along the entire length of the frame. There is no need for calibration. With these clamps, it becomes possible to sharpen knives with "Scandinavian bevels" along the line of bevels.
