Whole-Milled Fillet Clamps for TSPROF KADET

TSPROF Kadet whole-milled fillet clamps are designed for fixing knives with a spine thickness of up to 3.5 mm, on a TSPROF Kadet Expert sharpening system. The radially convex shape of the outer surface allows you to set the minimum sharpening angles less than 7.5° per side. The clamps are supplied with two types of screws: shortened, designed for sharpening thin knives at minimal angles; and standard, designed for knives with a spine thickness of up to 3.5 mm. These clamps are made of a single piece of aviation aluminum, allowing you to adjust the clamp to any shape of the blade and ensure the symmetry of the installation. Thanks to the two gripping points, the deflection of the blade is impossible, and it is possible to independently move the clamps along the entire length of the frame without the need for calibration. With these clamps, it becomes possible to sharpen knives with "Scandinavian bevels" along the line of bevels, making them suitable for kitchen and fillet knives with a narrow spine, keychain knives, straight razors, and knives with "scandi-descents". The recommended blade length is 30-200 mm, with jaws tips thickness of 1 mm, clamp width of 20 mm (2 pc.), and a gap between jaws in free state of 4 mm. The maximum spine thickness of a knife is 3.5 mm, with a size for a wrench of HEX4 hexagon 4.0 mm, and a wrench included.
